I can still illegally download tracks a la carte though, right? OK, good. gregrutter: “The group sued the music label, saying its contract prohibited selling the tracks “unbundled” from their original records. EMI claimed the rule applied only to physical albums, not the Internet.” This is great! There’s now a legal precedent for the concept album.
