NPR Planet Money pulled a stupid move on their last podcast about what the banks really need to finally be bailed out. What did they do? They interviewed a fucking bank lobbyist, Scott Talbott! Hmm, guess what he said?

Besides the obvious, he also mentioned how housing got us into the mess and that he hopes housing can get us out. How bout this, not everyone needs or deserves a house! I make more than most homeowners in the US, but do I own one? No, because its expensive and I can’t afford it. How does this logic escape SO MANY PEOPLE?
